NO SEATBELT, NO EXCUSE

According to shocking new figures released by the Road Safety Authority (RSA), today Tuesday 24th July, in the first six months of 2012, 23% of drivers killed and 29% of passengers killed were not wearing seatbelts, at the time of the collision.
