Control tachograph cards are available only to enforcement officers ( RSA Transport Officers and the Garda Siochana ). They are used to enforce digital tachograph legislation.

Control card

Control cards allow authorized personnel to:

  • Access the data stored on digital tachographs and driver cards
  • Print out all relevant information at any time

Applications for control cards are handled by the RSA at the following location:
