Make a Complaint
The Road Safety Authority (RSA) is committed to providing an excellent quality service to all our customers in an efficient, effective and caring manner. It is the policy of the RSA to listen to and act upon Customer Complaints. We endeavour to act ethically and responsibly at all times in our dealings with members of the public and customers. We shall analyse and seek to correct any reported failings and also to prevent their recurrence.
If you wish to make a complaint in relation to any of the Services we provide, you may do so by filling out the form below or using our address details on the right. Complaints will be investigated and a written acknowledgement issued to the Customer within a timeframe of 10 working days from receipt of complaint.
