No. Under current road traffic law, seat belts on tractors even if fitted do not have to be worn. However, we would always advocate the use of a seat belt for your own safety.

No. By law, you are not required to have a seat belt fitted to your tractor. However, we would recommend that you do for your own safety.

Yes. We recommend that it is fitted by a suitably qualified individual (SQI) in line with manufacturer’s specifications and meets the essential technical provisions of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013.
