RSA Statement regarding Driving Test Appointments
Driving test 28.10.2023The RSA have become aware of a system error that arose from a planned update, whereby an email was sent to a number of driving test customers (approximately 9000) from [email protected] with the subject line 'Driver Testing Reminder'.
This email was sent in error and should be ignored, it states that driving tests will be cancelled and this is not the case. We are in the process of contacting impacted customers to confirm that their scheduled driving test is unaffected and remains booked. All customers affected will be contacted today (Saturday 28 October).
The Driver Testing Service apologise for this error and any inconvenience that it may have caused.
