It is our policy to listen to and act upon customer complaints. We endeavor to act ethically and responsibly at all times in our dealings with customers. We will analyse and seek to correct any reported failings to prevent their recurrence.

Complaints will be investigated and an acknowledgement issued to you within a timeframe of 10 working days from receipt of the complaint.
Please note, if your driving test wasn’t conducted because you failed to meet certain conditions (e.g. if your insurance had expired or your vehicle was unroadworthy), this is not grounds for an official complaint.
If you wish to make a complaint about an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), please complete the official ADI Complaints Form instead.
This form is for complaints only. If you have a general query, please complete the Road Safety Query Form instead.
If your complaint relates to the condition of a road, footpath, signage or general maintenance e.g. hedges, pot holes etc. please contact your local authority.
