It is our policy to listen to and act upon customer complaints. We endeavor to act ethically and responsibly at all times in our dealings with customers. We will analyse and seek to correct any reported failings to prevent their recurrence.

Complaints will be investigated and replied to within 20 working days.
If you wish to make a complaint about an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), please complete the official ADI Complaints Form instead.
If you were late to your driving test appointment or failed to meet certain conditions (e.g. your insurance had expired or your vehicle was unroadworthy), this is not grounds for an official complaint.
If you wish to make a complaint about the Driver Theory Test service, please complete the Driver Theory Test Form instead
If your complaint relates to road conditions, or the maintenance of footpaths, hedges, signage, etc. please contact your Local Authority instead.
