If you've already booked an appointment:

Please log in to your MyRoadSafety account and cancel your driving test in the 'My Bookings' page. You will be asked to give a reason for cancelling, so please select 'incorrect category' from the drop-down menu. This entitles you to an automatic refund. You will then need to make a new driving test application for the correct category.

If you haven't yet booked an appointment:

You will need to request a refund for the incorrect category by completing the form below. Afterwards, you can log in to MyRoadSafety to make a new application for the correct category.
