A confirmation code is needed before delivering a progressive access module (Module 5).
To request an IBT confirmation code, please complete the form below and include the following learner driver details:
- The learner driver's name
- Telephone number
- Address
- Date of birth
- Certificate of Satisfactory Completion number
Please ensure that the learner:
- has a valid learner permit in the category that IBT Training has been sought and
- meets the minimum age requirement for that category.
- has completed IBT Training in the category they are progressing from
A confirmation code will be issued to you if the learner driver is eligible to complete a progressive access module (5) and this code is unique to the specified learner.
The confirmation code must be recorded on the learner's IBT logbook and counterfoil of the certificate of satisfactory completion. Failure to adhere to the conditions of its use may result in any full Driving Licence, Certificate of Competency or a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion (IBT) being cancelled, as a result.
